The fruit, which is sourced from Nussberg 100 percent, is handpicked and gently processed. The wines are bottled as easy-drinking “Classic” offerings or the clearly more powerful “Nussberg Reserve” line. They are all are fermented and aged in large wooden barrels.
The Burgundy style is achieved by an extended storage on the lees, which may last for several months depending on the vintage. ROTE HAUS wines display creamy textures, concentrated fruity notes, and longevity.
